Well, it’s actually a fully functioning barbeque. The dragon-shaped welded steel BBQ grill and smoker has been dubbed “Guardian of the Beast” by the maker, Ed McBride. Totally Rad.

Calendar, designed by SUSANNA HERTRICH. The Chrono_Shredder’s function is not to show the current moment, like a calendar. Instead, it shows the nearest future (the next day) — and all the time that has past from the time the device has been switched on. Whilst you spend your time in hibernation — the Chrono_Shredder messes up your space with wasted time!

Two designers created the photo series about the two thugs, Carlos Pononie and Ede Clyde ( aka Pony & Clyde) for an art auction. The money was used to help unpriviledged children in Namibia. So, very Robin-Hood-Like, Pony & Clyde could do something good and meaningful by being protagonists of a photo series, which was sold for 500 Euro to help enhancing the learning conditions at a primary school in Gobabis, Namibia.

The Shooter Fire Extinguisher is by far one of the coolest gadgets we have seen in a while. Simply put it’s a light weight gun loaded with CO2 cartridges. There’s a laser guidance system to help you aim and an alarm button to let others know there’s a fire-a-comin! (Yanko Design)

Architect Robert Harvey Oshatz came up with this design keeping in view the requirements of the client: the client wanted a house that not only became a part of the natural landscape but also addressed the flow of music. The Wilkinson Residence is located in Portland, Oregon.

Vincent Callebaut, a visionary Belgian architect has come up with his proposal ‘Lilypad, A Floating Ecopolis‘ as a solution. Lilypad, a prototype of auto-sufficient amphibious city is a true amphibian - half aquatic and half terrestrial city. It will be able to accommodate 50,000 inhabitants. The floating structure of the Ecopolis is directly inspired by the highly ribbed leaf of the great lilypad of Amazonia Victoria Regia. The goal is to create a harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, exploring new modes of crosscultural aquatic living.
