Wall Mounted Bottle Opener
On April 1, 1925, Thomas C. Hamilton of Boston, Massachusetts, was issued Patent Number 1,534,211 for his “bottle cap puller.” Many decades later, his Wall-Mounted Bottle Opener has remained unchanged in its simple, utilitarian design – a design so well-conceived that it was included in Phaidon Design Classics. With concise directions in red raised type, “Open bottle here,” the cast iron Wall-Mounted Bottle Opener is a great addition to the kitchen, bar area or pantry. Mounting screws are included.
