Die Antwoord is a high energy rap-rave-punk band, inspired by the sounds of the South African streets, who have set their sights on “taking over the interweb.” The music might be a a bit different than what you’re used to, but you’ll find it to be original and amazingly catchy with lyrics ranging from vulgar and goofy to political. Their debut album, $o$, is set to be released sometime in February 2010 from Magnetron Music in Amsterdam and is available on their website for your listening pleasure.
