Industrial icons KMFDM have just announced the first stages of their master plan for 2009, which includes two new album projects to help commemorate the band’s 25th anniversary. Not only will band founder Sascha “Kapt’n K” Konietzko and his evil cohorts (including the tasty Lucia Cifarelli) be releasing the new full-length album BLITZ on March 24, Sascha also has a forthcoming collaboration in the works with Swedish experimental electronic artist Tim Skold (who has contributed his instrumental skills to albums for ohGr and Marilyn Manson, among others).
